Use of site.
DonationsTracker.com ("DonationsTracker") authorizes you to view and download the materials at this website ("site") provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. DonationsTracker.com may display a logo or web address on images or other content generated on the site.

Donations Tracking Service

Overview.
Users who purchase a donations tracker account are entitled to use and display donations tracking content from this site on other websites for commercial or personal uses. Donors and payments made to a subscriber of DonationsTracker.com are made directly to the campaign's PayPal account and are not under the control of DonationsTracker.com. Disputes about transactions should be forwarded to the campaign organizer or PayPal. DonationsTracker.com does not process any financial transactions or have access to or store any credit card account number details. Complaints abount an innapropriate campaigns or violations of these terms of use should be forwarded to the staff of DonationsTracker.com via our contact us page.

Definitions.
Campaign: A donations tracking campaign is separately tracked running total of fundraising contributions, fees, and number of donors.
View: A view is a graphical or text representation of the current status of a fundraising campaign such as a current total.

Limitation.
A donations tracking account on DonationsTracker.com is for a single PayPal account per user.
A user can have an unlimited number of campaigns and different views.
Each account is limited to 100000 image views per month or 100MB per month, which ever comes first. Accounts which exceed the limits may be asked to upgrade to a higher bandwidth account, lower their bandwidth usage or have their service suspended.

Refunds.
Subscribers to the Donations Tracker may request a full refund within the first 45 days from purchase for terms 3 months or greater. Within 15 days for 1 Month terms and within 30 days for 2 month terms.

Outages and Errors.
DonationsTracker.com will make every effort to maintain it's services at the highest levels of service, however, temporary outages may occur for routine maintenance or unforseen technical problems beyond our control. In most cases transaction data such as PayPal IPN information will be simply delayed in a hardware or network outage rather than lost. Please see the Limitation of Liability for more information.

General Terms

Forum and public communications.
"Forum" means a chat area, message board, instant messaging, mobile messaging or e-mail function (including, but not limited to, electronic newsletters) offered as part of any DonationsTracker site. If you participate in any Forum within DonationsTracker's website, you agree to follow our Terms set forth in this document.

Any material, information or other communication you transmit or post to this site, including any material, information or other communications to online tools or utilities or forum, will be considered to be voluntarily made, non-confidential and non-proprietary ("communications"). DonationsTracker will have no obligations with respect to the communications and shall be free to use or disseminate such communications on an unrestricted basis for any purpose. Such communications can also be collected and used by others. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the communications that you submit, including full responsibility for their legality, reliability, and appropriateness and for maintaining the privacy of your personal information. Any opinions or claims expressed on the forum are the opinions of the individual contributors and do not imply endorsement by DonationsTracker.com.

Online services terms of use and privacy statement.
DonationsTracker will take every reasonable effort to ensure that any online transaction, such as online payment by credit card or 3rd party processing system, will be through a secure site and that information gathered during the transaction will be treated as private and confidential. This is consistent with the general DonationsTracker Privacy Policy and DonationsTracker's Internet Privacy Policy . No personal information collected will be shared with any third party without consent, except under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires such a disclosure.

DonationsTracker's online payment service is secured through a third party service provider, PAYPAL. Click here www.paypal.com to view the third party service provider's terms and conditions for use of the PAYPAL service. Credit card information if provided to DonationsTracker, will be destroyed as soon as possible after payments have been processed.

Posting of inappropriate communications.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law or that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise use the DonationsTracker site in a manner which is contrary to law or would serve to restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the site. Users should not post copyrighted material without the permission of DonationsTracker.com and the original authors.

Data modification and hacking.
You are prohibited from modifying data sent to or from applications on the website or transmitting any data to web applications on this site not from a page generated by the site. You are prohibited from attempting to access protected areas or private administrative applications, other people's accounts without their express permission, admininstrative services or applications, or "scan" for files or directories, or otherwise use this website for a malicious purpose. Modification of data generated for transmission to 3rd party sites, such as pricing / transaction detail (eShoplifting / unauthorized purchace price reductions) for payment processors is strictly prohibited. You are prohibited from using this website in a way that causes a disruption or inconvenience to any 3rd party, such as generating excessive traffic to another site or using a automated process to collect information from this site that would degrade the level of service for other users. DonationsTracker cooperates with law enforcement worldwide to prosecute those who violate these Terms in a criminal manor.

Monitoring of site.
DonationsTracker may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any areas on the site where users transmit or post communications or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to the DonationsTracker Members. Forum, and the content of any such communications. DonationsTracker will have no liability related to the content of any such communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise. DonationsTracker reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any communications, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of these Terms.

Links to other websites.
This site may be linked to other sites that are not under the control of and are not maintained by DonationsTracker. DonationsTracker is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites. DonationsTracker is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link to such sites does not imply endorsement by DonationsTracker of those sites. DonationsTracker does not share any of the individual personal information you provide us with the third parties to which DonationsTracker links except in the case where the 3rd party is contracted to provide a service on DonationsTracker's behalf.

Mirroring of materials.
You may not, without DonationsTracker's prior express written permission, "mirror" any material contained on this site, in whole or in part, on any other server.

Termination of rights.
If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to use this site automatically terminates.
